Welcome to Dr. Sanjib's Ayuracademy ("DSAA," "we," "us," "our"). We are an Ayurvedic Coaching Institute providing online study materials and online classes (collectively, the "Services") through our website dsaa.in (the "Site").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Site and Services. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or enrolling in a course, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.
Eligibility: To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
Account Sharing: Your account is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with any other person. We reserve the right to terminate any account suspected of being shared.
Course Access: Upon successful payment of the applicable fees, DSAA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for which you have enrolled, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
Service Modification: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services (including courses or content) at any time, with or without notice.
Pricing: All fees for Services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Payment: You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes for the courses you purchase. We use third-party payment gateways to process payments. We are not responsible for any errors or issues caused by the payment gateway.
Refund Policy:
"We offer a refund if requested within 15 days of the purchase date, provided the user has not accessed or viewed more than [e.g., 10%] of the total course content. All refund requests must be sent in writing to support@dsaa.in. No refunds will be granted for requests made after this period or if the course completion threshold is exceeded. Any applicable processing fees or taxes may be deducted from the refund amount."
Ownership: All content on the Site and provided as part of the Services—including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, lectures, notes, quizzes, logos, and software—is the exclusive property of Dr. Sanjib's Ayuracademy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibitions: You may not do any of the following:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of the course content.
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense your access to the Services.
Download (unless explicitly permitted), record (screen-record), or create derivative works from the content.
Use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:
Harassing, defaming, or abusing instructors or other students.
Posting or transmitting any content that is obscene, illegal, or infringes on any third party's rights.
Using the Services for any commercial solicitation.
Introducing any viruses, worms, or other malicious code to the Site.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, the Site, or other user accounts.
Academic Disclaimer: Dr. Sanjib's Ayuracademy is a coaching institute. We do not guarantee admission to any institution, success in any examination, or any specific academic outcome. Your success depends on your own effort, study, and other factors.
Medical Disclaimer: All content provided by DSAA is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. "As Is" Service: The Services and Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Sanjib's Ayuracademy (including its directors, instructors, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(a) Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services;
(b) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
(c) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.
In no event shall DSAA's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the total amount of fees received by DSAA from you for the specific Service in question during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dr. Sanjib's Ayuracademy and its affiliates, instructors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
(a) Your use of and access to the Service;
(b) Your violation of any term of these Terms;
(c) Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
By DSAA: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms (especially account sharing or intellectual property violations).
By User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@dsaa.in.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive. No refund will be provided for termination due to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Cuttack, Odisha, India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [e.g., 15 days'] notice (e.g., by email or a prominent notice on the Site) prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Services after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
